MY ORDER
We get it, you want your order ASAP 🚀
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Be aware that it may take 2-3 days for your order to be despatched after you placed your order.
Delivery times usually vary between 3-5 working days after your order has been dispatched 🚚
If you still haven't received a tracking code after 4 days, send a mail to info@swaysport.co and we will get on right on top of it for you to see what happened.
Yes, but you have to act fast ⚡️
If you need to cancel or modify your order you can do so within 24 hours by sending a mail to info@swaysport.co 💌
If your order is already sent out you will have to wait until it's delivered to your place. You then have the option to return the item within 14 days after receiving it
Note: Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

- The tracking link says it has been delivered
- The Shipping adres you entered is 100% correct
- Your neighbour is not acting suspicious

If you haven't received your order confirmation email, please note that sometimes it may be automatically linked to the email associated with your default payment method.
Please check which email is associated with your order + check your spam folder.
If you still can't find it, you can reach out to the team for assistance here info@swaysport.co, and we’ll locate it. If it’s necessary, we can update the email and resend the order information. To locate your order, we'll just need your full name, shipping address, and purchase date.
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
The estimated delivery time is 5-8 working days after submitting your order.
Keep in mind that we only print the tee's after they have been sold to minimise overproduction, better for us and our planet.

⏳ In specific cases, delays may occur due to holidays or external causes. For example, during Black Friday, Christmas, or Private sales, orders may take longer than usual.
At this moment we only sell our items to countries within the EU, we are working on expanding to non-EU countries so keep an eye out!
Depending on the country you are based in we will use different carriers depending on which carrier can deliver your order in the shortest time. ⏳
Once you have submitted your order you are able to see the carrier that will deliver your order on the bottom right side of the tracking page under "Carrier Service".
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Not 100% happy with your item(s) and want to exchange it for another?

In the case of requesting a change, if the product you are exchanging your order for is more expensive than the original price, you can pay the difference. In the same way, we will refund the difference if the exchange price is lower than the return price.

At SWAY, we do our best to ensure all our garments arrive in perfect condition. However, even for us, it's hard to keep everything 100% under control.
But don’t worry, if you’ve received a damaged item or there’s a similar issue, you can report it through THIS FORM.
You will then receive an email where we ask you to send us photos of the damaged item so we can carry out a proper quality check.
If you choose a return: the shipping costs will be refunded after a quick review process. The item must be sent and received at our warehouse. This can take a few days, but rest assured you'll receive a full refund in these cases.
⚠️ First, make sure to submit your return request through THIS FORM. We cannot accept any returns that are not registered through our form. ⚠️
Once you drop off your return at the nearest drop-off point, our carrier will collect it and bring it back to our warehouse. There, our operations team will receive, inspect, and process the return.
The refund or shipment of your new product will only be issued after the item has passed our quality check and is confirmed to be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
Because of this, the process may take a little longer than usual. That said, we’ll do our best to process your return as quickly as possible so you receive your refund or exchange promptly.
